The values that matter most to me in any work environment are brutal honesty, transparency, and mutual respect. I believe that clear, direct communication — even when it’s uncomfortable — builds stronger teams and prevents misunderstandings. Transparency is equally important to me because it creates trust, aligns expectations, and allows everyone to operate with clarity rather than assumptions.

At the same time, I see respect as the foundation of any healthy culture.
