Cookie Policy
Protecting Privacy, Building Trust: Our Mission for a Secure Online Community
Last updated: June 16, 2022
This is the Cookie Policy for Solution, accessible from https://www.Solution.community/
This policy explains how Solution uses cookies and similar technologies across our website (solution.community) and our mobile app, and what choices you have.
On our website
Our website uses cookies - small files stored in your browser - to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.
-
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; they handle things like keeping you logged in during a visit.
-
Persistent cookies remain after you close your browser, to remember preferences across visits.
-
Essential cookies keep the site working (login, security) and can't be disabled without breaking core functionality.
-
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand site usage in aggregate. You can opt out using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
For non-essential cookies, we request your consent via a cookie banner where required by law (for example, for visitors in the EEA). Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them; we will revisit this if that changes.
In our mobile app
Mobile apps don't use browser cookies. Our app may store small amounts of data directly on your device - for example, to keep you signed in securely, remember your preferences, and manage your subscription status. This data stays on your device and our secure backend; it is not shared with advertisers.
Third-party services we currently use
-
Supabase, for account and data storage
-
RevenueCat, to manage subscriptions
-
Google Analytics, on our website, for usage trends
Services we may use in the future
We may, in the future, use additional advertising or analytics tools — including Google AdSense or Meta's advertising tools — to measure and improve our marketing. If we do, we will update this policy accordingly. Where such tools involve sharing information with third parties for advertising purposes, California residents have the right to opt out — see our CCPA Compliance Statement. If we ever integrate a third-party tracking SDK directly within our mobile app, we will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any such tracking begins, as required by Apple.
Your choices
-
On the website: manage cookies via your browser settings or our cookie banner.
-
In the app: manage notification and data preferences in Settings.
