I’m Reef, a business development professional passionate about scaling deep-tech and climate technologies globally. I currently lead global business development at CatAmmon, where we’re pioneering next-generation catalysts for the global ammonia–hydrogen economy.
Previously at EY, I worked closely with founders and C-level teams, helping 30+ startups secure over $20M in non-dilutive funding from the Israel Innovation Authority and other sources, while shaping go-to-market, business plans and growth strategies.
