In my work, I aim to be guided by the following values:

1. Human dignity and equality

We should start from the belief that the value of every human life is equal and infinite. This means putting people at the center of every project we do, and ensuring that our work helps save lives, empower residents, and strengthen communities.

This value is also rooted in the Jewish idea that every person is created in the image of God.

2. Innovation

We must constantly challenge our assumptions, identify the cognitive barriers that hold us back, and experiment with new approaches to the core problems we are trying to solve.

3. Diversity and inclusion

We should acknowledge the social gaps in our society and work to close them by making every decision-making table more diverse. This is essential not only for building a fairer society, but also because diverse teams - across gender, background, age, and culture - make better decisions. This is also inspired by the Jewish tradition that values principled debate and learning through multiple perspectives.

4. Democracy

Democracy in Israel cannot be taken for granted. Our actions should reflect and reinforce democratic values. In particular, we must ensure that public data is accessible to all, as open public data is a vital pillar for transparency and for safeguarding democracy.

5. Compassion

We should act with universal human compassion and, in designing and implementing projects, carefully consider their impact on the entire population, especially on vulnerable groups who may be disproportionately affected. This principle also draws inspiration from the Jewish commandment to “love your neighbor as yourself.”
